Hello guys....How you doing all?
I am writing this based on my
personal experience you can always try as it’s the key to be happy all the
time; it does not matter in what situation you are, hope you like it.
Many times, you observe that
there are lots of negative people around you and negative energy around you,
which makes you think that how can I proceed with even a single positive idea
which can make difference? As you can see there are many people's mind attached
to a single soul's mind and all those have different point of views on each
thing or idea they come across, which generates lots of questions and answers
in your mind even though you have the answer of the question however
possibilities are many. Mind is that which enables a being to have subjective
awareness and intentionality towards their environment, to perceive and respond
to stimuli with some kind of agency, and to have consciousness, including
thinking and feeling.
I would like to share little
about the influences of all three which will help you understand it better.
First of all will start with
“Body”, which is fleshy, bony “thing” that we get up to each morning. We wash
it and brush its teeth, we walk, drag or drive it around through the day to the
various places we need to go, we (with any luck) give it adequate exercise, we
shovel healthy food and liquids into it, and we let it relieve itself of
accumulated wastes. We might allow it various forms of pleasure. Finally, we
lay it down to rest at night in sleep. For too many doctors, the body is coldly
viewed as merely a biochemical machine, needing to be fixed when it breaks
down. From a mercenary point of view, the body is just a skin bag of water
(comprising two-thirds of the body), plus carbon, calcium and other materials.
Then comes the “Mind” which
organize raw physical sensations due to various kinds of bio-electro-magnetic
vibrations into familiar bodies such as recognizable colors, sounds, tactile
and kinesthetic sensation, smells and tastes, movements, processes, places,
objects, persons, etc.; Does scanning for relevant, meaningful data in one’s
environment or within one’s own memory banks or reservoir of knowledge. Also
value judgments and emotional reaction, the former basically dividing good-bad,
appropriate-inappropriate, the latter dividing into emotional charges
associated with like and dislike attachments and aversions, and all the
permutations thereof: joy, elation, euphoria, delight, fear, anger, shame,
guilt, envy, jealousy, trauma, shock. Some memories of a constructed past and
anticipations of an expected future,
Abstract “philosophical” concepts about the world and the meaning of
certain events; linguistic mental processing structured by grammar and syntax,
deployed either to speak or understand speech; mathematical mental processing;
dreaming, day dreaming, fantasizing, modelling, planning or creative “channelling”
of new ideas.
And last is “Soul”, feature to
our personality or consciousness which deserves to be distinguished out from
the “normal” or “lower” mind. So that was an understanding about body, mind and
soul.
Now about creating winning
atmosphere around you using your body, mind and soul, Your soul – in normal
language your character (Good or Bad), which not even your closest person would
know as it comes out when your higher mind gets active however the activities
which are visible of your body is mirror of your mind, it drives you and make
you do things. Just imagine a person typing on computer with the speed of 40/50
WPM, how quick his mind sending messages to the fingertips of his hand? Amazing
right! Have you ever think of when you see any accident on the road about the
person’s mind that was driving the vehicle? Not in depth, right? You can say
it’s just lake of decision making in no time.
You can always win over it as our mind has ability to think and take action in no time, I would say in micro
seconds, it might be wrong but the results are always good if you have positive
energy in you. Effect of positive energy: when I was a kid – I and my friends
used to climb one of the trees in our back yard. One day we decided to jump
from the top most branch of the tree. Then the discussion started like “No no
we cannot do that it will break our legs or hands or might be head” but out of
4 we 3 were ready to jump and one said you guys do first and will jump last. We
said ok and jumped off the tree safely. Now here comes the 4th one with little
hesitation (Can say negative thought in mind to break something) jumped off and
broke one leg and one hand. We laughed at him and took him to the hospital but
till date never realizes that it was not that he was dumb or stupid but it was
just the negative thought in his mind to get hurt. You guys would not believe
that as off now that guy is doing all well in personal and professional life.
Winning and success is within you
only, just spread positive energy around you and will see the effect of it
straight away. If I say I believe I can fly it doesn’t mean I will start flying
but it gives me positive energy to perform my task and handle the situation
calmly. Start playing games like counter strike, NFS, Medal of honour or any
kind of strategy games of your interest in your free times as it will help you
change your thinking from negative to positive as you will always try to win
win and win.
According to Buddhist philosopher
Dharmakirti, the mind has two fundamental qualities: "clarity and
knowing." If something is not those two qualities, it cannot validly be
called mind. 'Clarity' refers to the fact that mind has no color, shape, size,
location, weight, or any other physical characteristic, and that it gives rise
to the contents of experience. 'Knowing' refers to the fact that mind is aware
of the contents of experience, and that, in order to exist, mind must be
cognizing an object. You cannot have a mind - whose function is to cognize an
object - existing without cognizing an object. For this reason, mind is often
described in Buddhism as "that which has contents.”
Mind, in Buddhism, is also
described as being "space-like" and "illusion-like." Mind
is space-like in the sense that it is not physically obstructive. It has no
qualities which would prevent it from existing. Mind is illusion-like in the sense
that it is empty of inherent existence. This does not mean it does not exist,
it means that it exists in a manner that is counter to our ordinary way of
misperceiving how phenomena exist, according to Buddhism. When the mind is
itself cognized properly, without misperceiving its mode of existence, it
appears to exist like an illusion. There is a big difference however between
being "space and illusion" and being "space-like" and
"illusion-like." Mind is not composed of space; it just shares some
descriptive similarities to space. Mind is not an illusion; it just shares some
descriptive qualities with illusions.
Buddhism posits that there is no
inherent, unchanging identity (Inherent I, Inherent Me) or phenomena (Ultimate
self, inherent self, Atman, Soul, Self-essence, Jiva, Ishvara, humanness
essence, etc.) which is the experience of our experiences and the agent of our
actions. In other words, human beings consist of merely a body and a mind, and
nothing extra. Within the body there is no part or set of parts which is - by
itself or themselves - the person. Similarly, within the mind there is no part
or set of parts which are themselves "the person." A human being
merely consists of five aggregates, or skandhas and nothing else (please see Valid
Designation).
In the same way, "mind"
is what can be validly conceptually labelled onto our mere experience of
clarity and knowing. There is not something separate and apart from clarity and
knowing which is "mind," in Buddhism. "Mind" is that part
of experience which can be validly referred to as mind by the concept-term
"mind." There is also not "objects out there, mind in here, and
experience somewhere in-between." There is not a third thing called
"experience" which exists between the ontents of mind and what mind
cognizes. There is only the clarity (arising of mere experience: shapes,
colors, the components of smell, components of taste, components of sound,
components of touch) and nothing else; this means, expressly, that there is not
a third thing called "experience" and not a third thing called
"experiencer who has the experience." This is deeply related to
"no-self."
Clearly, the experience arises
and is known by mind, but there is not a third thing which sits apart from that
which is the "real experiencer of the experience." This is the claim
of Buddhism, with regards to mind and the ultimate nature of minds (and
persons).
You have to applying the power of
positive thinking to goals and creating a winning mindset. Just believe in
yourself, your capabilities and your ability to succeed. You need to reveal
your true self – your strengths, desires and aims – so that you can align your
capability with your goals. Use your psychological foundations and the personal
mental power to generate lasting success by linking the principles of positive
thinking to the discipline of constancy of purpose.
At last I would say try to be
yourself and stick to the truth, never say lie about anything as you can get
better answer or result if you speak out the truth all the time. (You better
try).
